Rollins embarked on his professional journey at Southland Tube, Inc., a leader in steel tubing manufacturing, where he gained invaluable shipper experience. This experience laid the groundwork for his subsequent entrepreneurial ventures in the transportation sector.
Initially, Rollins channeled his drive and expertise into founding and leading Montgomery Transportation Group, where as CEO, he spearheaded the growth of four specialized transportation carriers and a full-service third-party logistics brokerage firm. Under his guidance, these businesses flourished, becoming benchmarks in the transportation industry.
Subsequently, in a strategic move to diversify and broaden his business portfolio, Rollins transitioned from his role as CEO of Montgomery Transportation Group in alignment with a strategic evolution of the company. He remains deeply invested in its success as a major shareholder and a board member, underscoring his continued commitment to the transportation sector.
Currently, Rollins holds the position of CEO of the Montgomery Entities, a conglomerate that includes Core Talent Services, a professional staffing firm; BoMont Group, an insurance brokerage firm; Armour House & Pogo, a fine dining brasserie and cocktail bar; and various real estate and investment ventures.
